2/3 cup Vision Grills BBQ Sauce (Kansas City Style Recommended)
3 tbsp Vision Grills BBQ Rub (Kansas City Style Recommended)
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Basil
1/3 cup 2% Milk
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the Ground Beef, Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Egg, 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce, Italian Bread Crumbs, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Basil, Oregano, and Milk
Using your hands, knead the meat mixture until everything is well combined
Mold the meat into a loaf shape and sprinkle the top with BBQ Rub
Start up your Vision Kamado and get it to 350ºF.
Place meatloaf in Vision Kamado once it reaches 350ºF
Brush with 1/3 cup of BBQ Sauce after the meatloaf reaches 140ºF (about an hour and a half in)
Remove when the internal temperature is at 160ºF (about two hours)
