Directions
Filling: First! Let’s get those peaches pitted and diced!
Dice Peaches into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl
In a separate bowl, add your Favorite brand of Peach Moonshine. Whisk in the Brown and Granulated Sugars, Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Corn Starch.
Once the mixture is well blended combine with Diced Peaches and toss. Cover with saran wrap and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Crumbles: In a large bowl, whisk together the Flour, Oats, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar and Salt. Next add the Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
Add the Softened Butter, Egg, Vanilla and 1/2 cup of Peach Moonshine and mix until the mixture holds together in loose clumps when pressed.
Place the bowl of crumble in the freezer and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
Grill: Now is the perfect time to Preheat your Grill! Bring your temperatures up to 375 degrees and hold there. Toss in a few lumps of the Vision Grills Mesquite Charcoal to add a smokiness flavor to your Crumble! I promise, you won’t be sorry!
Head back inside and retrieve the Filling Mixture and Crumbles. In your Cast Iron Dish, add the Filling until it is approximately 3/4 of the way full, top with crumbles and place in Vision.
Cook for 30 minutes then to see if crumble is browning. If browning too quickly, cover with aluminum foil. Continue to bake until crumbles are browning and peach juices are thick and bubbling (approximately an additional 20 to 30 minutes).
Pull and Serve Warm. Add a Scoop of your favorite Ice Cream for an added creaminess and flavor.
