Please note this Fire Bowl is NOT compatible with the Elite 702, Pro Mega, Icon 700-900 Series Grills, the Classic B Series, Classic B Series with Ash Drawer, HD1 Series Grill, the Classic Series Grills, Classic M Series or the Classic Cadet / 100 Series Grills.

DO NOT BUY

I have been trying to order a new fire bowl for almost a year? Still out of stock? Yet they keep selling their grills? So they can get the fire pots to make more grills to sell but they are not interested in supporting the product after the sell! I would not recommend buying anything from a company that doesn’t support their product after the sale.

Do you have a Warranty on this grill? If so, please reach back out to help@visiongrills.com. We do prioritize orders when the grills are bought through an Authorized Dealer.

Took two shipments but great service

Ordered the first bowl. FedEx delivered and I could tell by the sound of the box when the delivery person carried it that the bowl was broken. I messaged the company with a picture of the packing slip and a photo of the contents in the box as they were when I opened the box.
I received an email back with acknowledgment of the replacement being ordered.
Second arrived complete and all good. Other than the additional delay because of damage from FedEx I had a positive experience.
