I've had my grill for several years and not replaced any of the gaskets. I contacted the company and placed an order for the premium Nomex felt gasket. It turns out it was out of stock so in the interim Nicole from customer service was kind enough to send me a regular gasket to use while we wait. Unfortunately, the gasket turned out to be what appeared to be about an inch and 1/2 to short. I reached back out to Nicole and explain the problem and she sent yet another set of gasket material so I can complete my project.
As it turns out, the initial gasket was more reasonably than not, not too short but needed to be stretched as this was the case with the premium Nomex version. When it was applied initially it again was a bit too short, but I detached several inches of it and traction as I attached and was able to get it to fit.
Nicole on the customer service team at this company were excellent. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Product was fine, but vision grills charged me twice for one item.

I absolutely love my grill and after who knows how many times it's been used, the original gasket gave it up. I was so happy to get this replacement and spent for the better one as I never want this grill to fail.
